Custos Hospitii LLC Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Custos Hospitii platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Custos Hospitii provides a guest accountability system for hotels to report and manage problematic guests. The Platform facilitates the reporting of guest information, including but not limited to, past behavior, unpaid balances, and property damage.

3. User Account

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the Platform. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Custos Hospitii is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey middlesex County.

7. Modifications

Custos Hospitii reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform.

9. Entire Agreement
